Welcome to Government Degree Basohli. I am honored to serve as the Principal of this esteemed College. We have a talented and dedicated faculty who are committed to providing a high-quality education to all of our students.

Our extracurricular activities and clubs offer a wide range of opportunities for students to explore their interests and passions, and our state-of-the-art facilities provide the resources needed to excel academically and personally. We will work towards creating an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, personal growth, and academic excellence. I encourage all of our students to take full advantage of the many opportunities available to them.

I urge our faculty and staff to support our students and work together to create a positive and productive learning environment. Needless to say that the institution is making its best efforts in providing the best possible environment to all the stakeholders concerned. Interactions with civil society in general and the parents, in particular, are being encouraged to assuring an inclusive development of the institution.

At GDC Basohli, the focus always has been to empower students to excel in different walks of life so that they are able to evolve better as global citizens of tomorrow, who can stand for their rights and have the attitude to make difference in the world. The College will prove to be a blessing for the students especially female students of Marheen and its adjoining areas who could now pursue their studies at the shortest distance.

I in the capacity of head of this institution assure all the stakeholders that GDC Basohli has all the ingredients required to make it a model institute of learning. To make this happen suggestions and the co-operation of everyone are sought. As principal, my door is always open.
